Day-to-Day activities Can Burn Calories!  Make a couple simple changes to your daily routine and you could increase your daily calorie burn as much as 300 calories!! Take the stairs, park at the far end of the parking lot, do 10 squats every time you go to the bathroom, pack the groceries, and walk the dog as a family! These little changes can really add up, so give it a try!

  1. Today I took breaks after. 1 hr, XP Pilates... It may seem extreme but its the only way to stop my mitochondria storing fat... I have mitochondrial disease & I can barely eat without exercising this much ... how many calories does on average 2-3 hours of core muscle strengthening exercise burn ? Thankyou Sarah-Marie...
