Ingredients:
3Tbsp. of your favorite Hummus (My fav is Roasted
basil/Tomato)
1 Whole Wheat (or gluten-free) Wrap (it’s really just a
tortilla)
3 oz. white turkey breast meat
1 slice avocado
¼ cup alfalfa sprouts
2 slices tomato
Pinch of romaine lettuce
Directions:
Spread hummus on wrap, layer turkey, avocado, sprouts,
tomato and lettuce then roll it up!
It’s especially tasty when served with fresh fruit like ½
cup of watermelon!
